Well, we finally found our house (if all goes well)
We had been searching everything...realty houses, online, for sale by owner, and just driving around our side of the city. We had looked at single family, town houses, 2 or 3 bedrooms, anything that we might be able to get in. When we found this about 2 weeks ago.
It is 1.2 miles from our place now (I timed it) and close to everything that we are use to.
It is 1050 ish square feet. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and it has had some updating in most of the rooms. It was originally built in 1991 and its in pretty good shape considering. It has a great front yard (as you can see) and a small but nice back yard. The only thing that we need to do to it is paint the living room (they had done a italian typr design and the paint that they used makes it look like they splashed coffee on the walls.)
We are looking to close around the end of may (around memorial weekend) and can't wait to make it our own!!

I am so happy for you guys. Such a better place to invest your hard-earned money. . . hip hip hooray for you! And so close to "your part of town" too . . . way to go! It sounds perfect for your little family.
