I just looked up the word "sage" in the dictionary, because I couldn't figure out what you meant in your title. And I'm thinking Doug sure looks too young to be giving sage advice . . . he needs a whole lot more gray hair and oh-so-many more years added on to his thirty-ish wisdom! TeeHee!
