We had a great afternoon in Old Jaffa with Tani (our hostess who was showing us all around) and her friend Ariel. We saw where Simon lived and the place where Peter had his vistion. And since Jaffa was built on a hill, there were lots of stairs. We also saw a dig site that has Egyptian artifacts too.
Before we headed to Jaffa we went to an Israeli restaurant that Ariel had recommended (OH YUMMY!), walked along the Mediterranean and took in all the sites.
Oh, Janice, it was overwhelming, the whole trip that is, but while we were in Egypt, Doug would say a couple of times a day “Stacey, you’re in Egypt…”

So many beautiful pictures . . . I get teary eyes thinking about you living your dream-trip to Egypt. What an awesome scrapping job you have in front of you, but what a spectacular scrapbook these photos will make!
