Last Monday was our boy scout troops Court of Honor and thru blood, sweat and tears (or maybe we should say cold toes, lots to read and nails for our Klondike derby car) Kaleb managed to get his latest rank, Star! I believe that he’ll need to do two eagle required merit badges and help a new scout to name a few of the requirements. He also received his Citizenship in the Nation and Citizenship in the World merit badges.
Here Kaleb is with his buddy Jon who also got his Star rank that evening. The two of them have been in scouts since 2nd grade together. They are pictured with “Steve” the Minecart derby cart “driver”.

Good for Kaleb and Jon . . . they're on their way to Eagle ranking! And Steve looks pretty cool too!
