Since K is in tiger cubs it was that time of year for the Pinewood Derby race. K and D would work on it a couple of nights, D mainly doing the hard work, K doing things like picking out colors and the design of the car and such like that. On a friday night our whole pack got together and raced. K's car was a little light but it still did good. He got second in his den (but one thing is that there were only 2 of them that night)
Here he is getting his 2nd place trouphy. He did such good job on this car and work hard on it with D. He was told that he could go onto Districts. Unfortunatly we were at Disneyland that day, or we would have come.
Here he is with his car and his trouphy and ribbon. That was such a fun night.

Great looking trophy . . . is it his first one? And quite the colorful paint job . . . way to go D and K!
It was the first one for him from cub scouts...and one of the older Den's had a fundraiser selling hotdogs...that evening was a lot of fun!!
